WHAT WE DO
What is Equipar?
EQUIPAR is a non-profit foundation focused on studying and promoting the visibility of gender equity and diversity in corporate environments in Mexico and the rest of Latin America.
Gender diversity benefits companies and society as a whole by expanding the talent pool and improving organizational performance and health. We are motivated to promote women’s participation at the different rungs of the corporate ladder, all the way to leadership positions within companies. At EQUIPAR, we firmly believe that it is possible to eliminate the structural barriers that prevent this.





Our Project
Our work focuses on studying and giving visibility to issues of gender diversity in corporate environments.
We survey companies, employees, and the general population to obtain comparable data that allow us to understand in depth the state of diversity in Mexico, with a special focus on the corporate world.
At EQUIPAR, we build upon the series of studies on Women Matter MX published by McKinsey & Company with the aim of publishing a new study in 2026.
